The clarity call comes first. The evaluation is one day on site with private sessions with every team member, followed by a written read and a practical plan. Implementation is two or more days on site, shaped by what the evaluation found. Integration is optional.
Travel and accommodation are charged at cost. For work outside your home country, travel is invoiced separately at a reasonable European rate, never beyond cost. We agree the travel plan before booking.

A 50% deposit is usually requested to reserve dates, with the balance due after delivery. Cancellation terms are set out in the proposal. We keep them practical and proportional to the work already done.
Yes. The clarity call is the smallest step. The evaluation day is the next one, and you can stop there and implement the plan in-house. Most clients decide after the evaluation whether they want us to continue.
The clarity call is online. Evaluation and implementation are on site. Integration can be online or on site, and for remote or distributed teams we can agree online sessions.
Team size changes the length of evaluation and implementation. We scope it after the clarity call and set out the days and fee in the written proposal.
