For CEOs & founders
Executive coaching for leaders who want success without sacrificing their relationships
The higher the responsibility, the easier it is for work to take over. This coaching is for CEOs and founders who want to perform at a high level without losing their marriage or the relationships that matter most — and without waiting for a crisis to force the issue.

Who it is for
This is useful when…
- CEOs and founders whose work has become the whole week
- Senior leaders who travel constantly and feel disconnected at home
- Leaders who have built a successful company but a strained marriage
- Founders who cannot switch off, delegate, or stop solving everything
- Leaders facing a decision that affects both the business and their family
- Anyone who wants to define success before it is defined for them
What we work on
Success on your terms, not the calendar's.
Define success for yourself
What are you actually building — and what are you willing to protect? Clarity here makes the daily trade-offs easier.
Protect the relationship
Practical conversations about availability, travel, presence, and the patterns that quietly create distance at home.
Set boundaries that hold
Boundaries that survive a busy quarter, not just a calm week. This includes saying no, delegating, and building a team that does not need you for everything.
Make the hard conversations easier
At work and at home, the conversations you avoid tend to become more expensive. Coaching helps you prepare for them and follow through.
Build a sustainable pace
Performance that does not depend on chronic overwork, constant availability, or the assumption that you will catch up later.
How it works
Clarity call, focus, sessions, review.
Clarity call
A 60-minute conversation to understand the situation, what you want to change, and whether this is the right support.
Focus
We identify the few areas where a change would make the biggest difference — at work and at home.
Sessions
Confidential 1:1 sessions, online or on-site, with practical commitments between sessions.
Review
A review after the agreed number of sessions to assess what has changed and what needs attention next.
Confidentiality
What stays confidential.
Nothing about your personal life is reported to your company. If the company pays, we agree in advance what themes — if anything — will be shared, and in what form.
- Themes and outcomes only, never personal detail
- No written notes shared with HR or the board
- Agreed in writing before the first session
- You can stop the engagement at any point
Formats
Cadence
- 60-minute 1:1 sessions
- A six-session arc or ad-hoc sessions
- Online or on-site across Europe
- Strictly confidential
Outcomes
What you protect
- A clearer definition of success that includes your relationships
- Boundaries that are specific enough to keep
- A more sustainable working rhythm
- A plan for the conversations you have been avoiding

FAQ
Practical questions
Is this therapy or couples counselling?
No. This is individual coaching focused on how you lead, prioritise, and protect what matters. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or couples counselling. If couples support is needed, we will discuss a referral.
Will anyone at my company know what we discuss?
No. Executive coaching is confidential. If your company is paying, we agree in advance what themes, if anything, will be shared — never personal details without your consent.
Can this be combined with a corporate engagement?
Yes. Executive coaching can run alongside leadership development, team workshops, or culture work. The confidentiality boundaries are agreed separately for each strand.
