Leadership coaching
Leadership coaching for managers in the middle of it
A confidential space for managers who are carrying a lot: the difficult conversation they keep postponing, the team that is not functioning, the pressure from above and below. Coaching helps you think clearly and act deliberately.

Who it is for
This is useful when…
- Newly promoted managers who want to lead well
- Experienced managers dealing with a difficult team
- Department heads caught between strategy and daily pressure
- Leaders who avoid conflict and pay for it later
- Managers who need to delegate without losing control
- Leaders preparing for a harder conversation or a bigger role
What we work on
The conversation you keep postponing, rehearsed.
Difficult conversations
Preparing for and holding the conversations that matter — performance, behaviour, expectations, and bad news.
Conflict and boundaries
Staying calm and clear when a team member pushes back, when two people cannot work together, or when the pressure is coming from every direction.
Delegation and accountability
Letting go of work without losing standards, and building a team that can carry more without constant escalation.
Team culture
The everyday signals a manager sends: what is tolerated, what is rewarded, and what people learn to avoid.
How it works
A six-session arc, reviewed.
Clarity call
A 60-minute call to define the situation, what you want to change, and whether coaching is the right support.
Focus
A small number of concrete leadership challenges, not a vague personal-development programme.
Sessions
Confidential 1:1 sessions, online or on-site, with practical commitments between sessions.
Review
A review after the agreed number of sessions to assess progress and decide what comes next.
Inside a session
What a coaching session looks like.
Sixty minutes, one situation, and a commitment you can keep before the next one. No personality assessments, no homework that nobody does.
- You describe the situation as it actually is
- We separate what you control from what you do not
- We rehearse the conversation or the decision
- You leave with one specific action, not a framework
Formats
How sessions run
- 60-minute 1:1 sessions
- A six-session arc or ad-hoc sessions
- Online or on-site across Europe
- Confidential — no reporting to the employer without your consent
Outcomes
What improves
- A clearer plan for the situation in front of you
- More confidence in difficult conversations
- Healthier boundaries around availability and responsibility
- A team that needs less escalation

FAQ
Practical questions
Is leadership coaching confidential?
Yes. The content of coaching sessions is confidential. If an employer is sponsoring the coaching, we agree at the start what progress will be shared and in what form — usually themes and outcomes, not personal details.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking and focused on work: decisions, behaviour, communication, and leadership. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment for mental health conditions.
How many sessions will I need?
Many people start with six sessions over three to six months. Some need only two or three focused conversations. We agree on a format after the clarity call.
Can you coach several managers in one company?
Yes. We can run individual coaching for several managers alongside a team workshop or culture project, provided the confidentiality boundaries are clear.
Next step
Start with one manager.
A short conversation is enough to decide whether coaching is the right support, what the situation actually is, and how many sessions make sense.
